Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

Let's Nude AI ("we", "us", "the service") provides a digital, adults-only (18+) AI image-to-video generation service. Access is sold as prepaid credits that are consumed when you generate a video. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply and how to request one. By purchasing credits you accept the terms below.

1. Nature of the product

Our products are digital services delivered instantly (AI-generated videos). There is no physical good to ship or return. "Return" therefore means requesting a refund of unused or wrongly-charged credits as described below.

2. Failed or defective generations — automatic refund

If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side (e.g. the AI worker times out, errors, or produces no output), the credits for that generation are automatically refunded to your balance. No action is required. If you believe a failed generation was not refunded, contact us and we will reconcile it.

3. Refund eligibility

  • Unused credits: Purchased credits that have not been spent are refundable on request within 14 days of purchase.
  • Duplicate or accidental payment: If you were charged twice or charged in error, the duplicate/erroneous amount is fully refunded.
  • Non-delivery: If your payment succeeded but the credits were not added to your account, we will add the credits or refund the payment.
  • Consumed credits: Credits already used to successfully generate a video are non-refundable, since the service was delivered.

4. Cancellation policy

We do not operate auto-renewing subscriptions — credits are a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel for future billing. You may stop using the service and discontinue purchases at any time. A pending order that has not yet been paid simply expires and is never charged.

5. How to request a refund or return (procedure)

  1. Email support@letsnude.com (or message us on Telegram @zrelv) from the email/account used for the purchase.
  2. Include your order ID / transaction reference, the date and amount, and a short description of the issue.
  3. Our in-house support team reviews every request and responds within 2 working days.
  4. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (or as credits, at your choice). Card/QRIS refunds typically post within 5–10 business days depending on your bank/provider.
